JACO’s Thorough Inspection Process

Structural Inspection

Our structural examination looks for any uneven planes and signs of sagging which can be caused by framework issues, plywood weakening and rotting. Often times, this type of structural damage cannot be seen by an untrained eye.

Material Inspection

JACO’s material inspection looks for missing shingles and shingles that are damaged or compromised by moss, algae, or rust. The natural wear and tear on the materials impacts their ability to be at peak effectiveness over a period of time.

Interior Inspection

Our interior inspection examines your ceiling and attic for water stains, mold, rotting and any additional signs that water is damaging the interior of your home. Damage found there means there is damage to the exterior roof.

Workmanship Inspection

This inspection examines the details and effectiveness of the installation of your existing roof.  If your roof was not installed properly, it can lead to water or wind damage and sometimes void a manufacturer’s warranty.
